Founder | Background
McKenzie Ball
Being a West Virginia native, McKenzie received her Bachelors in Safety Technology from Marshall University in Huntington, WV in addition to her GSP (Graduate Safety Practitioner) certification. During her time in college, she was chosen for an internship at Volkswagen in Chattanooga, TN and fell in love with the field of health and safety as a result. In 2019, she moved from her home state to Chattanooga and was offered an opportunity with Tennessee OSHA.
For four and a half years as an Occupational Safety Specialist, McKenzie conducted high-level inspections in both general industry and construction facilities, including manufacturing, hotels, restaurants, residential, and commercial construction. Now, she works as a contractor for a renewable power company as an Area Safety Manager, overseeing central and eastern states.
McKenzie also holds the CSP (Certified Safety Professional) certification through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
Mock OSHA Inspections
These inspections are to be treated like an actual OSHA inspection. Clients will receive an explanation on the types of OSHA inspections, citations and fines as well as consultation on the best way to communicate during and after their inspection. Client will also receive a written report that mimics an OSHA citation.
General Safety Audits
Client will receive a thorough safety audit customized to their needs that includes written reports of findings, OSHA compliance, and potential corrective actions.
OSHA Claim Defense
Cited by OSHA and need help? This service will provide a thorough dive into the citations, help in promptly mitigating the hazards and potentially reducing the financial aspect of the citation.
Program & Procedure Development
With this service, I'll develop a customized safety and health program and specific process procedures based on the client's needs, with the option to update as needed to ensure OSHA compliance.
Safety Training
On-site and Online training developed specifically for your company and industry (provided in English). Courses include General Safety, such as First Aid/CPR/AED to specialized subjects such as fall protection, trenches, and excavations, etc. OSHA 10- and 30-Hour Construction Courses are also available.
Accident Investigation
Conduct a thorough investigation after an accident to determine the root cause(s) and corrective actions.
Customized Safety Meetings
Custom-built safety meetings containing company safety and health program, plus the applicable OSHA regulations based on the company and industry.
